If needed, advanced machine learning will use other identifying features to confirm their identity. This ensures over 99.99% accuracy, giving you peace of mind.

1. Thieves can remove microchips, but with Petasure, your pet is protected - no more worrying about this brutal tactic.
2. When you raise an alert, we share your pet’s image and description across social media, reaching vets, shelters, pet groups, and local communities. Our members also get notified. If found, the 'Found a Pet' feature will confirm their identity - privacy protected.
3. We’ll report the theft to the police for you and provide the crime reference number, easing your stress.
4. Microchip records can be outdated or inaccurate, and sometimes vets can't find them. If this happens, the 'Found a Pet' feature can help. Anyone can use it or you can reach our customer service team.
